respectibility.  On September 29, 1975, the trio came up with 'The Brady Bunch,
Inc.' and immediately changed their unrecognizable corporation name from FR D &
C, Inc. to the familiar Brady Bunch.  However, the tax man caught up with them
and, on February 27, 1981, canceled their Cuyahoga county corporation.

     J.R. Brady.  John W. Beakley.  What do you get when you combine the talents
of these two Texans?  On November 16, 1992, the world was presented with the
Brady Bunch Management Corporation.  However, unable to handle the tax burdens,
they forfeited their charter on February 14, 1995.  This corporation's status is
listed as dead.
